Filing a takedown notice
To submit a notice of claimed infringement, provide our Designated Agent with a written notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL) on BeYou;
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
