All visual depictions appearing on BeYou (beyou.live), operated by Be You Live, LLC, either comply with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, or are exempt from those requirements as described below.
Age of all persons depicted
Every person appearing in any sexually explicit visual depiction on this platform was over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the depiction was created. Real performers are verified with government-issued photo identification, and the required records are created and retained before any such content is published.

Computer-generated / wholly-synthetic content (§ 2257A)
Certain content on BeYou is computer-generated and does not depict any actual human being. Such wholly-synthetic content is produced without a real performer and therefore does not trigger the record-keeping obligations that apply to depictions of real people. All synthetic content is algorithmically screened to ensure it does not appear to depict a minor, and AI personas are clearly disclosed as AI.
Exemptions
Content that does not consist of actual sexually explicit conduct, that depicts no real person, or that is otherwise outside the scope of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / § 2257A is exempt from its record-keeping requirements. This statement is not an admission that any particular content is within the scope of those sections.
Reporting concerns
To report content you believe is non-consensual, depicts a minor, or otherwise violates our policies, use our complaints and takedown process. We act on non-consensual-intimate-imagery reports within 48 hours as required by law.
