Who can appeal
Any person depicted in content on BeYou, or any authorized rights holder, may request removal or appeal a moderation/takedown decision.
How to submit an appeal
Email support@beyou.live with:
- URL(s) or content IDs
- Reason for the appeal/removal request
- Proof of identity and, if applicable, proof of authority to act
- Any consent documentation or supporting evidence
Review and decision
We review appeals promptly and communicate decisions as quickly as possible. If consent is found to be missing, invalid, or withdrawn under applicable law, the content will be removed.
Dispute resolution
If there is a disagreement regarding an appeal outcome, BeYou allows the dispute to be resolved by a neutral third-party body.
