BeYou (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made on beyou.live.

2. Digital Goods (Rainbow Coins, Boosts, Super Likes, Spotlights)

All purchases of digital goods — including Rainbow Coins, Boost Packs, Super Like Packs, and Spotlight features — are non-refundable once the goods have been delivered to your account.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of purchased digital goods, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or re-deliver the goods.

3. Subscription Services

BeYou offers subscription services including:

  • BeYou Dating Premium (Basic, Premium, Platinum tiers)
  • Creator Subscriptions (VIP access to creator content)
  • Verified Event VIP Subscriptions

Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.

Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not used any premium features, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@beyou.live with the following information:

  • Your BeYou username or email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Transaction reference (if available)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed, we will investigate the transaction. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
