How to submit a complaint
If you want to report content that may be illegal or that violates our Terms, Community Guidelines, or Content Compliance Policy, email us at support@beyou.live.
Include links/screenshots and as much detail as possible so we can investigate quickly.
Review timeline
All complaints are reviewed as quickly as possible and resolved within seven (7) business days.
Cases involving minors, non-consensual content, trafficking indicators, or imminent safety risks are prioritized for immediate review and escalation.
Possible outcomes
- No action (if no violation is found)
- Content removal or geo-restriction
- Age gate, visibility limits, or monetization limits
- Warning, suspension, or permanent account termination
- Referral to law enforcement or relevant hotlines, where required
