Anti-Human Trafficking & Content Compliance Policy

1. Zero-tolerance policy

BeYou maintains a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, and forced labor. Any violation leads to immediate content removal and account enforcement.

2. Prohibited content and activity

  • Any sexual content involving minors or anyone under 18
  • Non-consensual sexual content, coercion, exploitation, or trafficking indicators
  • Content depicting or promoting rape, incest, bestiality, sexual violence, or physical abuse
  • Content involving incapacitated persons, forced participation, or deceptive consent
  • Any activity prohibited by card network standards or applicable law

3. Age, identity, and consent controls

  • All creators must be 18+ and complete identity verification before monetization features are enabled
  • Government ID checks and fraud screening are required for eligible flows
  • Documented consent is required for all persons depicted in uploaded content
  • Content moderation includes automated and human review, including live stream controls
  • Records are retained in accordance with applicable legal and card-network requirements

4. Reporting and takedown

Reports can be submitted through in-app reporting tools or by email at support@beyou.live. Complaints are reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days, with urgent cases escalated immediately.

Appeals and consent disputes are handled under the Appeals/Takedown Policy.

5. Enforcement actions

  • Immediate content removal
  • Monetization suspension or permanent account termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement and relevant agencies when required
